We are kind of struggling to find investigators so it's beed a lot of jundoing this week.
On the bright side we had a lot of appointments with members! We showed up to a members house one night and surprise! Like half of the branch was there and they had a tooon of food! It was awesome! We were able to teach to the needs of our members really well. We found out that one of the members doesn't feel like he has enough conviction to share about Joseph Smith, and that happened to be the topic of our message! Joseph Smith and sharing about him and the restoration with friends. Super awesome, if you listen to the Spirit it'll tell you what to teach. And we definitely didn't know how to help them but the Spirit told us.
Other than that and a few other member meetings we just jundo'd a lot. It's really hot, and not a lot of people will talk to us right now, but they will come! I know it!
Now for the title. We were encouraged to start doing Language and Companion study out of our house so that people see us. So we went to a cafe to do it. So I went to order the waffles that we wanted. I ordered and they say no to the waffles my companion wanted so I ordered two of my kind. Apparantly she said that there are no waffles. She asked if I wanted "ice" and I didn't know what she meant so I just was like uhhh sure. And she asked if I wanted regular size. I didn't know waffles came in different sizes so I just said yes. When they brought the stuff out to us it was coffee! I accidentaly ordered coffee! I'm the worst missionary ever! But my companion took it back and said we don't drink coffee and that my american friend was trying to order waffles. I love the foreigner card. But ya, I ended up just getting a bagel. I stink at ordering food here.
Also today we went to a cool Buddha statue called catbawi. It was super cool but I gotta go!
